Inspired by classic cinema, Maria Reverberi's work encapsulates life’s moments in cinematic scenes. Film noir and black and white photography are her specialties.
Maria earned her BFA from Chapman University and Digital Media Technology certificates from Irvine Valley College. After a fruitful run as a graphic designer, Maria now devotes her full time to her artistic endeavors. Her work has been published in Artonish Contemporary Art Magazine, Blank Wall Gallery books, Photographer’s Forum, and shown in group exhibits in Canada, Greece, and the United States.
Reverberi is a featured artist in the Culture Arts Committee Utility Box Art Program. Her artwork, “Abstract Rhetoric,” is visible on a utility box at the intersection of Adams Avenue and Pinecreek Drive in Costa Mesa, California. Past featured solo exhibits include Costa Mesa’s Culture Arts Committee at the Art on the 5th Gallery.
Recently, Maria has included oil painting and hand-building ceramics in her creative endeavors.
